Shoe Haul Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 9 October 2026 and closes at 9:00am AEDT on 16 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are subscribed to the Shoe of the Week (SOTW) email list at the time the winner is selected.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form and provide a valid email address and mobile phone number.
One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or details will not be accepted.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a $200 AUD SOTW store voucher.
The voucher can be used towards the purchase of SOTW products, including shipping costs.
The voucher has no expiry date.
If the total value of the purchase, including shipping, exceeds $200, the winner will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on 17 November 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, SOTW reserves the right to select another winner at random.
7. Marketing Consent
By entering the competition, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Shoe of the Week via email and SMS.
These communications may include information about new products, promotions, special offers, competitions and other SOTW updates.
Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the relevant email or SMS.
8. Personal Information
By entering the competition, participants consent to SOTW collecting and using their personal information, including their name, email address and mobile phone number, for the purpose of administering the competition and sending promotional and marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the SOTW Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
SOTW reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
SOTW reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
10. Instagram / Meta
If the competition is promoted through Instagram or Facebook, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook (Meta).
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
