Our styles vary in size and fit, so each style will have different measurements. We provide sizing information in each product description, but if you have questions about specific style measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any questions. 

How do I measure my shoe size?

The best way to find out your shoe size is to accurately measure your foot. You can do this by following these simple steps:

Place your foot on a blank sheet of paper.

1. Mark down the front of your big toe and the back of your heel on the paper.
2. Then measure the distance between the two points in mm
3. Compare this measurement to SOTW's size chart to find the right size for you.

Expert tip: If you can, try and stand while someone else marks your measurements for you. This will ensure a more accurate measurement.

• Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control.
• Shoe Of The Week will not be liable for delays caused by postal carriers.
• Delivery delays may occur due to holiday seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather.
• Shoe Of The Week does not guarantee a specific date for delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping information and all sizes are correct before finalizing your order. If your package is returned to us because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping details, you may be responsible for additional postage costs. We appreciate your attention to these details to ensure a smooth delivery process.

For orders under $150.00:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 – Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery Australia wide.
• Express Shipping Metro orders only : $18.95 (up to 2 items) – Expect delivery within 1-5 business days to metropolitan areas.
• International Shipping: Currently we are not shipping outside of Australia.

Please note that delivery times to WA, NT, and FNQ may be longer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shoe of the Week (SOTW), your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer return options for Australian customers to help you find the perfect fit.

Please ensure your return aligns with our policy before initiating the process.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:

1. You initiate your return by emailing hello@shoeoftheweek.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The shoes are in their original, unused condition with no damage or creases from try-ons or wear.
3. The original packaging, including tissue paper, is intact and in good condition.
4. The item is not reduced in price, discounted, included in 2nd get 50% off promotion, marked as "Clearance" or "Sale."
5. Bundles cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
6. The shoes must be returned within 30 days of the initial order date.

Once we receive your return, we’ll assess whether it meets these criteria. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

1. Pack the shoes securely in the original SOTW packaging (including tissue paper) and ship them using an SOTW postal satchel.
2. Email hello@shoeoftheweek.com.au to initiate your return and receive instructions.
3. Attach return label to SOTW bag. 
4. Ensure all your details are correct on the return label, as we cannot process the return unless we have correct details
5. Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
6. Restocking Fee: Returns and exchanges for change of mind are charged a restocking fee of 20%

Important Information

• Store Credits: Issued for the item’s value (excluding shipping). Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
• Return Packaging: Returns must be shipped in original SOTW packaging to prevent damage. Returns sent without original packaging will be denied.
• Responsibility: The returns cost is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.  All returns and exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by SOTW.
• Fraudulent Claims: False claims of faulty items or incorrect orders will result in denial of the return and may incur additional fees.

Faulty Item Returns

If you receive a faulty item, we’re committed to resolving the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards (unless the fault is due to misuse or general wear and tear).

Some Common signs of Wear & Tear:

• Worn or marked outsoles
• Stretched items
• Heel tips worn
• Scuffed and scraped
• Missing hardware on worn shoes

If your order has a manufacturing fault, please contact hello@shoeoftheweek.com.au  With your order number and photos of the fault, including photos of all sides of the upper and outsole.

We accept returns for faulty items within a reasonable timeframe and after assessment by one of our experts. Please allow up to 2 working days for your return to be reviewed.

Order Cancellations

This refers to orders that have placed and waiting for dispatch.

• Restocking Fee: Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.  This fee helps cover transaction and warehouse costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Promotions

2nd Pair half price terms and conditions: Full Price styles only, unless clearly specified that sale items are included. Price adjusted at check out. The pair of equal or lower value will receive the 50% discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Items cannot be returned

No returns on Sale items/ Discounts/ Clearance

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or store credits. Examples of promotions are; but not limited to: Buy one - get 2nd pair half price, Buy 3 - only pay for 2, 50% off store wide.
