• International Shipping: Currently we are not shipping outside of Australia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shoe Of The Week, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your recent purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer flexible return options tailored for both our
Australian and international customers, ensuring you find the perfect fit.

Before initiating a return, please ensure it aligns with our returns policy.

Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind, SOTW may provide you with a refund of your purchase by way of a store credit on condition that:

(a) you submit a return via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

(b) the shoes are in their original condition, free from any damage or creases resulting from try-on or wear.

(c) the shoes are returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including tissue paper.

(d) the item does not have 'Clearance' or 'Sale' in the title.
Upon receipt of the returned shoes, we will assess the shoes to determine whether they meet the above criteria. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Faulty Returns
At Shoe of the Week (SOTW), our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If your purchase doesn’t meet acceptable
quality standards, you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, provided the issue is not a major failure.

Return Process
The shoes must be shipped in a SOTW postal satchel. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original packaging. To begin a return or exchange, visit our returns portal here. All returns will be processed as store credits. We do not offer cash refunds. Please
allow 3-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Important Notes
Store Credit: Store credits are issued for the value of the item purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Packaging: Ship returns in SOTW satchels and tissue paper to protect the item. We will deny returns sent without it.
Liability: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We do not accept liability for lost or stolen returns.
Fraudulent Claims: Abuse of the returns process, including false claims of faulty items or incorrect orders, will result in denial of the return and additional fees.
Store Credit Usage: Store credits are non-transferable and do not expire.

Order Cancellations
Restocking Fee: Cancellations after order placement incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This fee covers transaction and warehouse costs.
